The Town of Ashland City Public Utilities/Public Works Department is responsible for providing the citizens of Ashland City with Clean and Safe drinking water, sanitary sewer service, safe roadways, and maintenance of city Right-of-ways. The water treatment and wastewater treatment plants provide vital water and wastewater services to residential, business, and industrial customers both in the city and surrounding areas.
Customer service issues such as water quality, service interruption, billing, new service and cancellation of service are all processed by City Hall.
Copy of valid driver’s license must be on file with water application.
